Poker League Terms & Conditions

1.) Only players who have signed up with our Codes are eligible for this promotion.

2.) In the event of any dispute, the decision of the League Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.

3.) We reserve the right to cancel this tournament at any time.

4.) Entrants who fail to comply with any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions of this promotion will forfeit their prizes.

5.) We reserve the right to change the terms of the league without notice.

6.) Any indication of collusion, chip dumping, or soft playing will be treated as cheating and all players involved will be disqualified and banned from the poker room.

7.) Management reserves the right to disqualify any player from the Leaderboard at any time.

8.) In case DON-TONY is ranked in overall table, he will be removed from list and the whole leader board will be shifted up with one place.

9.) In case of a tie between players final score, the player with highest amount of Top1 positions in daily events is paid, if this is still equal the Top2 positions are counted etc.

10.) If a player is disqualified from “DON-TONY- Freeroll League” the whole leader board will be shifted up with one place.

11.) Management decisions are final.
